The ideal home exchange partner for me is someone with whom I can forge an on-going home exchange relationship. There are many areas I enjoy visiting frequently. How pleasant, especially for weekend destinations near home, to call someone who has become a friend and confirm your yearly home exchange.
THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE THEIR HOME
Arriving at a new exchange home is like opening a present. Look -- a jet tub in the master suite! Oh, what a nice view from the back patio. Wow, their kitchen is so big. That restaurant across the street looks great! You can only experience that exciting new-ness the first time you enter a swap house.
HOME SWEET HOME
Returning to an exchange home can be even better. That stress of wondering exactly how to get the front door open is gone. You have already figured out how to run the exchangers'
shower. They did a great job taking care of your home the last time you swapped so your mind is at ease knowing they should be just as responsible this time. Returning to the same exchange home erases some of the unknowns of a first-time swap with a new family.
WHY NOT SWAP WITH THEM AGAIN?
