One way to keep those home exchange offers pouring in is to update your listing frequently. There is no better way to do that than with an enticing headline that changes with each season.
Some clubs show the last date that a listing was updated. If swappers see that you haven't glanced at your listing in months or years it will appear that you are not currently interested in swapping.
