Home Exchange Contracts

After a couple of swappers showed questionable judgment, we started creating a contract before committing to each new home exchange.

CHECtravel.com has an easy home exchange contract that can be completed right on their website.

The response of other swappers to our request for a contract has been better than I expected. I thought they might be offended or think we did not trust them. .

We do many short-term swaps each year. In 2008 we will do a total of 6 exchanges, tho the most exotic land we will visit is Canada.

I simply present the contracts as a helpful way for us to keep track of the details of each exchange.
